Grace works with both adults and young people who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives - in fact, EFHD is of benefit to people of any age or stage of life.  Working in partnership with horses has been shown to help on many different levels.  

EFHD has been shown to :-
  • Deepen personal awareness
  • Increase confidence and self esteem
  • Improve communication skills
  • Help develop a better understanding of emotions and how to regulate them
  • Help to identify and create boundaries
  • Transform negative core beliefs
  • Provide support for people recovering from the effects of trauma, depression and anxiety
